Hotel Drover is named for the cowboys who drove cattle to market way back when, this entire hotel/ Fort Worth wedding venue is a luxurious, rustic nod to the spirit of the wild west. The barn actually doesn’t look like a barn because it’s so elegant, with hanging chandeliers and the coolest bar I’ve ever seen where Courtney and Calvin held their reception. A gorgeous garden right outside the barn where they exchanged wedding vows, and then of course, outside the hotel, where you can find so many amazing Texas, cowboy, western landmarks. Definitely, so many wonderful photo ops just waiting to be used. You can also see more of their Fort Worth engagement session.
The day started off for the bride in one of the suites surrounded by her wonderful friends and bridesmaids. Her unique wedding shoes were custom hand-made by a friend and she also opted for two different gowns for the day. The ceremony gown had more layers and the reception gown was a more fitted gown. Perfect for all the dancing she did in it!
This Hotel drover wedding had a mix of Texas-style, classic elegance. Mariachis sang for the procession during the ceremony and entertained guests during the cocktail hour at the hotel’s courtyard. Courtney and Calvin were the absolute sweetest and no doubt that their Texas-sized love was imminent all throughout the wedding day!
