Joseph and Chelsea’s wedding day took place at Hickory Street Annex. It is an old distribution center for Gulf Oil company and has a very industrial edge to it. She kept it very traditional, classic and elegant at this Rustic Venue located in the heart of industrial downtown Dallas. From white peony flowers accented with succulents, a draping altar of greenery for the ceremony, a color palette that included soft blush pinks and dark navy and golds, this wedding was just gorgeous all around. A hint of rustic elegant is how I would best describe this wedding.
Throughout the day you could see glimpses of incorporating sentiments in memory of Chelsea’s Mother. From a part of her mother’s wedding dress sewn unto Chelsea’s, her mother’s wedding ring and band, to a single rose placed in a vase next to her father in a chair during ceremony. I couldn’t help but imagine Chelsea’s mother smiling as she watched the entire day unfold until the very end as they walked through a tunnel of sparklers.
