These intimate Wedding Dallas Arboretum Portraits of this couple were gorgeous! Dallas Wedding Photographers will agree, when I say that intimate weddings are the best! It’s always nice to see couples focus less on the grand scheme of things and more on the ceremony and portraits! I was so honored to have captured Ashley and Michael’s intimate Dallas wedding ceremony at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church and then followed with their bride and groom portraits at The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens.
The day began with Ashley getting ready at the Omni hotel nestled in downtown Dallas with her bridesmaids and mother. Her gown had the most amazing details and the cathedral veil and tiara were such a delicate and beautiful touch. I loved the lace detail and leaf and flower appliques on her dress. I feel like it matched the portrait location to a T.
She read her vows overlooking the skyline view and then made her way to the church. There were a select few family members and friends making the ceremony very intimate and quaint. The priest even allowed the family to all stand by the altar, being so intimate and close. It was such a beautiful mass. The couples said their vows and made their way outside to an exit of bubbles, while everyone cheered and congratulated them!
This winter wedding, despite it being chilly was still very beautiful and allowed for the most stunning images! The sunlight was perfect and I enjoyed photographing this gorgeous couple! We wish the couple many more years of love and happiness!
