TIPS To Make the Best of Your In Home Newborn Session

1 Timing is everything. As mentioned before, newborn photography sessions are best done within the first two-four weeks of a baby’s life. This is when they are still small, sleepy, and easy to pose.
2 Prepare your home. Before the photographer arrives, make sure your home is clean and tidy. Clear any clutter and arrange the furniture to make the most of the natural light in the room. I’ll usually photograph when the light in your home is the brightest.
3 Dress comfortably. You’ll be spending a lot of time with your baby during the session, so make sure you’re dressed in comfortable clothing that you can move around in easily.
4 Relax and enjoy the experience. In-home newborn photography sessions can be stressful, but try to relax and enjoy the experience. I will guide you through the process and ensure that you get the most out of your session.
5 Share your photos. After the session, share your photos on social media, and with family and friends. Showcase the special bond between you and your newborn, and the love and joy that your new addition has brought to your life.
