Hickory Street Annex | Dallas Wedding Photographer

Wedding Season is definitely underway.  My wedding season started last month with Stran and Zagros’ wedding at Hickory Street Annex in the heart of Downtown Dallas.  Their blush themed wedding was unique in every way and incorporated a touch of classic and elegant in an industrial venue.  The wedding setting couldn’t have been more perfect.  Hickory Street Annex is well known for its brick walls and different textures and their decor tied it all in to make it feminine and chic. I especially loved the hanging chandeliers.

Stran and Zagros’ story is unlike any other I’ve ever heard.  It reminds me of those old tales of love.  They grew up together as children in their neighborhood and hearing how family and friends described them growing up, I could picture a little girl and little boy playing hide and seek and chasing each other not knowing that fate would bring them together as husband and wife many years later.  Zagros’ last name is Barzani, and so is Stran’s.  Their instagram hashtag is #meanttobebarzani because it truly was meant to be that she be a Barzani.

The dance floor was jammed packed all night and everyone was ready to party, which always makes my job even more fun!  A beautiful grand finale with sparklers ended the night and this beautiful wedding day for the Barzani’s.
