The Rosewood Crescent is an uptown Dallas Boutique Hotel that holds some of the most luxurious weddings and in this case a gorgeous love story about Tony and Brooke. I get to photograph engagement sessions all over Dallas and Fort Worth, but when I get to shoot engagement portraits at The Crescent I smile just a little bigger. This chic and modern engagement session was so much fun and exactly what I always strive for; a unique session tailored to each one of my couples.
We started on one side of The fabulous hotel at the Crescent Club. If you’ve ever been there before, you’ll know that the view from up top is just stunning. They grabbed a couple of ‘old fashioned’ cocktails and off we went from one scene to the next. Her classic black Elizabeth and James gown was the perfect touch to this elegant engagement session. The Chic contemporary style of The Crescent was a match to Brooke and Tony’s engagement portraits. Ethereal, editorial and timeless describes this engagement session very well.
This engagement session fuses with sophistication and a touch of glamour. Much like a night out on the town, these two hand in hand let me capture a glimpse of their love. They will be married at Perkins Chapel at the SMU Campus where Brooke’s parents married 30 years ago. They will hold the reception at the fabulous City Club in August.
